About Laura

Laura has had a strong passion for nails since she got her first of acrylics at 14 years old, love at first set you could say. She would often spend every weekend switching out her designs and testing out all of the YouTube tutorials she saw, on herself and her mother. Laura continues to express her teenage passion by creating thought out and detailed sets for all of her clients, and she cannot wait to transform yours!

 

Laura realised her dream when she noticed a big gap in the market, very little late night and after-hours appointments. As someone who has always worked fulltime, it can be extremely frustrating to miss out on a nail appointment for another week because you couldn't get in or having to book months in advanced to secure a spot. A lightbulb went off in Laura's head, which inspired her to close this gap.

 

After completing her Cert III in Nail Technology, Laura knew the best way to make use of her skills, was to offer home based services. Giving gorgeous claws to those who cannot leave home/work during the day, those with packed schedules, busy mums and everyone inbetween.

We also strongly believe that anyone's nails can sparkle, therefore we are proud to say we are 100% LGBTQIA+ inclusive. Lush Nails is a safe space and always will be.
